No. The Neck Rope will not work for a high line. You need to use a Web Halter for this.

Good quality, just what I needed
I like it but I’m not totally sure how to use it lol
Fantastic neck rope! Love using this, and it’s given me so much confidence to ride bridle-less and build a stronger connection with my horse and seat.
I have not yet used but great quality rope and bright colors.
