How to use this brush:
1. Thoroughly curry your horse’s coat
2. Use a dandy brush to flick up dirt in short flicking strokes
3. Follow up with the body brush and groom in long sweeping strokes with the direction of hair growth
4. Repeat until your horse’s coat shines
5. Follow up with the finishing brush

Love this brush. It pulls up the dirt with the longer outside bristles and the inside bristles whisk away the dirt leaving the horses hair nicely groomed. He likes it as well. Especially on the belly and legs! It fits nicely in your hand. I have not washed this brush yet.
